1. Graphic Design and Web Design Services

• Custom Design Services: Once work has commenced on a custom design (e.g., logo design, website design), we do not offer refunds. However, we will work closely with you to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the design, we will provide one round of revisions, based on the original design brief, to make changes and align with your vision.

• Pre-Design Deposit: For custom design projects, we typically require a deposit before starting work. This deposit is non-refundable once the design work has begun. The deposit secures your project and covers initial research, planning, and resources.

• Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your project after work has started, the deposit will be retained to cover the costs of the work completed up to that point. If no work has been started, we may issue a refund of the deposit, minus any processing fees or administrative costs.

 

2. Business Registration Services

• No Guarantee of Success: While we assist with business registration, we cannot guarantee that the registration will be accepted or approved by governmental authorities. As a result, we do not offer refunds for business registration services once the process has begun.

• Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the business registration service before we have submitted any documents or completed any work, we will refund you the full amount, minus any non-refundable administrative or filing fees already incurred.

 

3. Web Hosting Services

• Refunds for Hosting Services: If you are unsatisfied with our web hosting services, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. If you cancel your hosting within the first 30 days of service, we will refund the hosting fees paid, minus any domain registration fees or third-party service costs that are non-refundable.

• Refund Process: Refunds for web hosting services will only be issued if the cancellation request is made within 30 days of the hosting plan being activated. Any requests for cancellations or refunds after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Domain registration fees, setup fees, and any other third-party costs (such as SSL certificates or premium features) are non-refundable.

4. Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment with your credit card provider or bank, we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, if the dispute is found to be unjustified, you may be responsible for additional fees or charges incurred by Bonus Designs.
