Bonus Designs provides the following services:​

• Graphic Design: Including but not limited to logo design, branding, marketing materials, and more.

• Web Design: Custom website design, web development, and site management.

• Business Registration: Assistance with the registration of businesses, including legal entity formation, filing, and related services.

• Web Hosting Services: Web hosting, domain registration, and related services.

2. Account Creation and Use

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account with Bonus Designs. By creating an account, you agree to:​

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our Content: All content provided by Bonus Designs, including but not limited to designs, websites, graphics, logos, and text, are the intellectual property of Bonus Designs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• License to Use: Upon full payment for our services, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered designs, websites, and content for your intended purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

• Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to us (e.g., logos, text, images). By providing this content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.

 

4. Payment and Billing

• Pricing: All prices for our services are outlined in your service agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect existing contracts or agreements.

• Payment Terms: Payments for services must be made according to the terms specified in the invoice or agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in delayed delivery of services, suspension of services, or termination of the contract.

• Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion, based on the nature of the services rendered. Please refer to your individual contract or service agreement for specific refund policies.

 

5. Business Registration Services

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to us for business registration is accurate and complete. We will not be held liable for any errors, delays, or issues that arise from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

• No Guarantee of Success: While we assist with the registration process, we do not guarantee the approval or registration of your business with governmental authorities. You agree that you are solely responsible for any legal or regulatory issues that may arise during the registration process.

6. Web Hosting Services

• Service Availability: We strive to provide reliable web hosting services. However, we do not guarantee that hosting services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for downtime, service disruptions, or data loss caused by third-party providers.

• Acceptable Use Policy: You agree to use our web hosting services in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal activities, spamming, and other activities that could damage our servers or network.

• Data Backup: We recommend that you maintain your own backups of any important data or content. We are not liable for any loss of data or content hosted on our servers.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonus Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services.

• Our total liability for any claim, including claims related to business registration, web design, graphic design, or web hosting services, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Bonus Designs for the services that gave rise to the claim.

 

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bonus Designs, its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

 

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate any terms of this Agreement or engage in conduct that we deem to be harmful or unlawful. You may also terminate your account by notifying us in writing, subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
